new muffler

hey everybody...i just want some suggestion on what muffler tip I should get because im going to chop off the stock muffler in a few weeks.

Just get an entire catback. I went the chop and fab route and I'm really not happy with it yet.

If you want to cheap out but still sound decent, check out n1 style knockoff's. They give you a nice deep tone.

If it's the sound your concerned about, just look up galant exhaust or gs eclipse (2000 - current) on youtube and find one you like.

Buy this, they have them with headers too, just make sure it is a 4g63 n/t header and down pipe.

Then cut the can off because it really sounds like garbage.

Weld one of these on and you will love it. This is the setup i have on my car.

I just had mine installed today! I'm lovin' it because it sounds way better than my old aftermarket fart can. you should definitely stick with Magnaflow.

The muffler is actually Satin Finish. I don't know why it came out all shiny on my camera phone. Hmmn...? But the lip is polished of course.
