Do you guys keep a flashlight in your car?

I keep a high power led flashlight in my cars in case of emergency but I have to check the battery power from time to time. I was thinking of carrying a shake flashlight instead.

Anyone have experiences with a shake flashlight? Anyone have other recommendations on what they use for emergency light?

Darn, I thought the title read "fleshlight" :)
Yes, I keep a mini shake flashlight in the glove compartment. The shake light is good for quick searching.

I just use the led app on my epic. It's bright as hell for a single led.

Same here on the 6cell mag. Its like it was made for it to tuck right in there. Its a nice bright light and crook beater.

I keep one of those wind-up flashlights in my glove box. The light doesn't last for more than like 5 minutes, and if you charge it up and leave it off, it'll be gone in like a day, but it's still decent. I've had to use it on multiple occasions.

It's only a 3 watt flashlight, but It'll light up a hill 100 ft away showing details. No lie, its really bright. Price is a little much considering the batteries it takes are not standard AA's or anything.

I carry two 8 LED flashlights. The battery life seems to be good. I actually had a 3 LED shake light and it worked really well, I must have lost it because I havent seen it in about a year.
