Rear wiper blade on a USDM Galant?

I've always loved the look and function of a rear wiper blade on a sedan, but I've tried looking into one, for both the Pontiac and the Galant...now, would there be a whole swap of a rear window to accommodate the hole for the arm? Or can I utilize the existing window? I've tried on quite a few forums...but never got any answers (this is the only real import specific forum I frequent, and love! LOL) has anyone else tried the swap?

    Pic reference, qcustoms' Super VR4:

You can utilize the existing window, there's no difference like you mention before but the hole and wiper motor.

The only thing that would bother me is drilling/tapping a hole into the window, and not having it shatter. :/

There are glass drill bits as well as preheating the glass where it makes it less likely to shatter/fragile.

Ah, I wasn't even aware they had those.

    *edit*
if anyone has pics of where the motor, and arm mechanism go in the trunk, it would be greatly appriciated. Searching didn't come up with much other than just pics of the motor itself.

I've always liked the look, and the function of them is extremely useful.

Just need to research it a bit more, a good friend of mine actually has special drill bits for glass, so this may actually go somewhere.

ideally you could just use the evo setup. just swap the switch for the steering column wire it up and install the wiper in the rear glass.
