mesh grill on the 9g help!!!

ok guys i know theres a topic on the billet grills we can buy for our cars. I ended up cutting my factory grill trying to make one out of steel mesh. I Need Help!!! please post pics on how to do this to our cars;since our cars have way to many different angles to cut i cannot seat the mesh properly or hold it down right. I have tried jb weld, and epoxy. both have not worked. there is one guy on car domain who has done it to his car so it is possible.

what kind of mesh is it and whered you get it?
does it not bend?

i got it from home depot. its steel mesh. its the one you would use for the gutters. its really hard to bend.
