That is a tall tire for the 8G. Especially so low. Could be rubbing, take tire off and look. Or maybe the direction is reversed.
got some new tires today (225/50/R17) and ive noticed a load roaring sound coming from the front end. Ive checked and their not rubbing at all. it kinds sounds like mud tires one the front lol. any suggestions on wut could cause this noise?
wasnt sure if i should open a new post or noy!

225/50 will fit in the rear, I doubt in the front. I had them for awhile with no problem. Just rotate.

What tires did you get? Poor quality tires will make alot of noise.

Actually the front will tuck a bigger tire than the rear, especially since that rear support was poorly designed and rubs on anything wider than 225. And I'm with Pete on the brands too. Cheaper materials = more road noise.
Depends on which Kumho tires you bought. Like almost every brand of tire, they have their economy tires and their (more expensive) performance/luxury line.
If you bought Kumho KR21 or ASX, yes I'll agree they aren't exactly cheap, but they are no where near their top end line of tires. Any tire in a 225/50/17 is going to be over a hundred bucks.

the old dude that does my tires admited he fucked up and turned it for me for free. he only charges me ten dollars a tire so i cant bitch.
Ten dollars a tire for what?
to mount and balance, hes pretty damn cheap
But he screwed up, shouldn't charge to redo it.
