SPECS of JUN VR4? Anybody know?

Found this posted in our local 8g thread here in the PI but nobody seems to know it's specs...



All I know is that it's a Time Trial Car...but to what err I don't know...

I'm hoping somebody here can help and provide it's specs and post some info about it.
