AC Display cant turn on

Need Help.

My 7th gen Galants AC Display wont turn on, but all the AC functions work normally,

if i leave the car under direct sunlight for several hours, the display lights up for several minutes just until the cabin cools down. has anyone solved this kind of problem?

is there any part i should replace?

Are you talking about the light that illuminates in the switch that you press to turn the AC on? It does not make sense that it would work occasionally but anything is possible. You could try changing out the switch with one from a junkyard. Remove the trim plate and then disconnect the electric plug from the switch. The switch will then just pop out when you squeeze its retaining clips.
