    AWD Swap Dyno Results

So I hit the dyno the other night to have the car tuned. These are a few of the vids, in total we made about 17 pulls, but no sense in posting all of them. I didnt want to push the car too hard, I wanted to make power but still be super safe and reliable. So on straight 93 octane pump gas, no meth, no other bs, with 19psi of boost the car made 362 awhp and on 25psi and C16 race gas it made 440awhp. The AFR on pump gas was around 11:1 and on race gas around 11.2:1 The reason for being so cautious is my turbo has a tiny .63 hotside with a 2.5" outlet and its starting to choke the motor. The increased fuel helps to keep it a little cooler. We were getting really excessive heat build up on the compressor side due to the lack of flow on the exhaust side. This was done on a MainLine AWD 1800 dyno which reads low like a mustang dyno. My friends all use this dyno and have done comparisons on dynojets and the difference is about 22% which would be 441awhp on pump gas and 536awhp on race gas which is right where this setup should be at those boost levels.

Yeah I made it. Im gonna make another thread once I get the video from the track. I ran slow, 12.9@113 or something like that. The clutch is slipping really really really bad. The only pass I made that I might have had a chance of hitting 11's I went 14s because I missed 2nd gear. The clutch slips at anything over 6000RPMs.

Absolutely amazing. Can't wait to see what it can really do, mid to low 11's doesn't seem out range for the power you're making.

Well right now im running a precision 6152 with a .63 hotside and a ACT HDG6 clutch w/street lite chromoly flywheel. The HDG6 accord to ACT is rated for 651 pounds of torque at the flywheel. Im making about 500 pounds of torque at the wheels so probably about 600 at the crank and the clutch is just junk. As soon as I get to 6000rpms in 2nd, 3rd or 4500rpms in 4th and the clutch just slips.

I think im gonna go to a precision 6262 and a Tilton twin disc. That combo should be good for 650whp very very safely. People have made high 700's on the 6262 already.

Great job man. Nice to see someone accomplish USDM AWD and start putting up some nice figures to go with it. A true inspiration to many.
