    problems with my obd2 HELP!!

    hello, i have a question, my obd2 port is not working on my 7g and my CEL is on dont have a clue why is this happening.in advance thanks for the help!

    Had the same problem how many times did you try it
    Shout out to anyone that still uses hand tools for their work
    With elbow grease for power and determination for a battery

    Maybe your broke maybe your old school

    If it's a 95 it might not work, OBDII is 96 and up.

    98 and i tried it lots of time and nothing all the fuses are good everything is working fine people tell me that it could be a o2 sensor.I dont want to put them on until i fix the obd2 port

    it has to be a fuse. see if some small doesnt work like cig lighter or dome lights. its usually powered by the cig lighter fuse
    God created turbo lag to give the v8's a brief moment of hope.

    @ mko i checked my cig lighter and its working...still havent find the porblem

    Try wiggling the connector after you plug it in. Also check to see if for any reason the pins are bent.

    No problem, I know on my you have to hold it up in place otherwise it won't make contact. OBD ports are some of the shittiest connectors on a car.
