    JDM 8G AWD Swap. Completed!

    I decided to make AWD conversion to my G.

    Check list ..

    VR-4 Rear End



    VR-4 Drive Shaft






    Drive Shaft Mounts on VR-4 chassis



    Then mounts were taken off



    VR-4 Fuel Tank



    Then I had to Re-do the exhuast piping



    Old Crap !

    Is this really all you'd need to do?! if so I think I could take this on with a couple of fellow gear heads.. what were specific parts you used? I really want to do this to my '99 GT-Z. And swap in a VR-4 engine/tranny/diff ;)
    or at least what you've done here! What all you got in on your car? that was a sweet launch.

    zseme39, the overseas 8G galant platform is quite different from ours, someone attempted the VR4 swap over here a while back and it was quite complex, you're better of doing what Stewi and Goosey did on their cars, and even then it's not a bolt in affair
