Right now it is total crap. But that is why we are going to do something with it now. lol

I am wanting to do a swap I have not seen done yet, but can not post in the 8th gen section yet for some reason.

Oh, don't worry about the condition, we just like pics! Something about newbie permissions is preventing you from posting in that subforum probably. Can't wait to see what's up your sleeve though.

well I used to have a V6 elclipse 3g. the ones that I know parts are interchangeable. Well looking at the setups and reading about the motor setup being the same want to see what info people have and if anyone has done that V6 swap. other wise looking at building the stock 4g69 and boosting it.

We have a member that swapped a V6 into a 4-cyl car, but it involved changing mounting positions in the engine bay, it looked rather involved from what I remember, it'd be easier to build the 4-cyl, but yeah, Eclipse parts swap over to the G really easily. And you'd be working with a 4G64 if it's a 2000 Galant, the 9G's have the 4G69 IIRC.

no it is the 4g69. the timing gear is on the passenger side. I looked into maybe putting an evo head on it, but that would run way to much money. I thought It was a 4g64 to start with, but was confused due to the timing gear issue being on the wrong side. That is when I found out that few had the 4g69.

^^Wow, learn something new everyday, I need to look into that and see what good can come from the 69 in the 8G, I'm gonna build one sometime in the future.

    Are you sure it's a 4g94? that's a 2.0.
