Aww now the other punk wants to chime in! Lmao you all ganging up on me? I was is it my fault that spec produces crappy products... I've been doing alot of research about spec ant this is more than a common problem with their clutches, on quite a few occasions it happens around 4k, mine has 4500k go figure.

I know your just breaking chops whats good for the goose is good fir the hen right lol. Done my research on those as well and are all very good clutches but I'm going to stick with clutch masters from now on I've had more than a dozen clutches from them and never had one issue their just a Lil pricey but well worth the dolla:)

I poke my head in on GT from time to time..

Ok so ppl with 99-00 pcm/ecu will be ok with this even if they are auto or manual, no tranny codes

The 01+ will be ok as well if they stay auto, but if they are manual 4cyl or v6, they will have tranny codes to deal with, and Im one of those ppl who hate CEL.
Is their a solution to this, I kno about the dual ecu but who wants two ecus in a car...

Or is it the 4cyl only have Tranny codes and the v6 don't

I guess I'll say it again... this works across the board 99-03, man or auto, 4 or 6 doesn't matter... Isaurio also posted in his 5speed swap thread that he's cel free and he's a 02. I guess you missed that?

What do I need todo to get a Base tune from you with the Mods I have installed, I'm going to a dyno day in a few weeks and would like to help by posting a comparison between stock tune and you base tune,

I'll have to do some research on how to unlock the ecu and my buddy has the cable to do it with,

Ps your pm box is full

You need an open port 2.0 with reflash connector, laptop and a wide band. You should also have a knock sensor installed if your a 4 banger v6 has one already...

Well in order to tune the right way so you know how the engine is responding to the changes your making you must have these things. There's not much room for error and you don't want to kill your engine. If you want to dyno it as is that's fine. The best thing he can do is give you the eclipse mapping but thats as far as I would go anything else is not recommended!

That's cool. I'm open to suggestions from the pros, ill have to start looking for a wide band, iirc its not that hard to wire in a knock sensor, right

As for a wide band it's Aem ugeo or innovate those would be the top 2 they roughly go for $200. As for a knock sensor I would try getting one from a pull yard with both ends of the harness you'll also need a pin to go into your factory PCM harness. Isaurio will have to open the pin location within the PCM for the knock sensor to work.

That is what I was looking into, and as for the knock sensor I can get a new one off rockauto for 30$, as for where it goes on the engine block I have no clue,

There's a tap on the back side of the block just right of the oil pressure switch it just screws into the block, wire goes into cabin to PCM one is ground the other is, and I'll have to double check on the year of your car, if your 02-03 it's pin 80 if I'm not mistaken...
