    Need your opinions

I have finally decided to have one of my photographs printed and framed. I'm going to hang it in my apartment somewhere. I have narrowed it down to two photos I took yesterday in Lincoln Park. The night image is one long exposure, while the evening image is a 3 exposure HDR. If you had to pic between the two images, which one would you choose? Thanks in advance for your opinions. Also if there is anything you would change about the images, let me know.

I personally like the 2nd picture. I would love to take picture like that but id need a tripod, a good location, etc.

How long of an exposure are we talking? I was thinking the extremely long exposure pics(couple hours). They make pictures taken in the dark look as if it was taken in the day.

Carl the night photo is only an 8 second exposure. I think I am leaning towards the second photo as well.

If it were my choice to hang up in my spot, the first pic, the night shot, with all the vibrant colors, would be what I pick. Both photos are beautiful man!

I love the colors in the 1st but the drab of the second I like. The second one I would crop some of that pool out as right below the birds it takes away from the buildings

Yeah I figure the ice will have melted in a couple of weeks if the weather stays the way it has been. We hit 61 degrees today and its supposed to drop down to the high 40's so I think a lot of the ice will be gone soon.

I'll do some cropping and see how it looks. I have a feeling you're right. I'm definitely going to go with the second picture first, and if I like the way it turns out, I might have the first one printed as well.

Numero UNO. To me it looks vibrant.

2nd pic has a sad and gloomy look to it.

Both look great! If you have the space on your walls, I think it would be cool to put one on one wall and the other on the other side opposite the first.
