IMO yes. Sorry buddy we all buy crappy stuff sometime when we start modding.

Check out ddmtuning.com, most will agree best bang for your buck. $30 a kit with lifetime warranty.

ddm is good but they well try to get over on you and sell you a 6000k kit when you really ordered 5000k

^Have you ever seen any comparison to this? I have a set of 5000k in that have a decent amount of hours on them, and a fresh set of 4500K that I got for spares that are slightly yellow, and by slightly I mean a warmer white than my 5000k's.

yea i actually had 6000k and 5000k and they where the same. i order the 5000k because they said it was the purest white they had but infact mine still had a hue of blue just like my 6000k so i just trashed them. im sure if i went 55w ballast then they wouldve been true 5000k. but not knowing if the bulb was designed for 55w i didnt even bother. if you notice they dont even tell you if your buying a 55w bulb or a 35w bulb when you go to just buy the bulb too.

Their bulbs are made to handle 55w even if you order a 35w kit. The bulbs will appear bluer on 35w. IMO you didn't get the same bulbs, the projector adds some color to it. You would have been fine putting a 55w ballast on it.
