Lol i did that from my phone. My HID are bixenons but the wires for the high beam weren't already connected so you'd have to crimp them together for it to work

You said your lights only work when high beams are on, there should have been a special bi-xenon harness used to install when they did it, the harness would have been plug and play no cutting, crimping, soldering nada. What monkey did you take it to?

I bought just the bulbs since the ballast was old. I did it myself and now I ordered
Mini h1 projectors and bulbs blazers and bulbs a shroud and angel eyes

Go to vvme.com and buy a bixenon H3 harness. You are gonna need it.

question is. Do i get the white one, or do i splurge for another color. I was thinking blue since my cluster lights are blue, but then again to go with the whole interior of the car, I was thinking dark grey or metallic silver. So what's a good idea? I'm leaning more towards the darker colors

Dude you are going to need, otherwise when you switch to high beams the lights will turn off.

If this is a V6 cluster it will not be accurate
