Where can I find polyurethane tie rod boots?

My tie rod end dust covers are in need of replacement. They have since gotten worse than what's shown in this old picture.





The tie rod ends are fine, so I'm just looking to replace the dust covers. Does anyone know where I can get some polyurethane dust covers for the 8G? I've checked into Prothane and Energy Suspension, but they don't seem to have any for the 99-03 Galant, or even the Eclipse. This is what I'm looking for (they don't have to be name brand):

Just replace the tierods if the dust cover is cracking. The tierod itself is likely rusted pretty bad internally anyways.
