Immobilizer delete

I know the '00 ecu is locked and we can't tune them but can we at least delete the Immobilizer or no??

Lol yeah remote start could be in the future too but u said they could be tuned. Iirc the '00 ecu is locked and nothing could be done to them at all. Unless u guys have recently figured something out.

There's a program that unlocks the ecu it's not an issue anymore. Just give Isaurio a shout he can delete it for ya.

What program you talking about, I have a 2000 and can't get into it, Iirc I need a tackrix 2.0 cable and ecuflash. If there's another way around that I would like to kno cuz I only have a 1.3 cable..

You defiantly need ecu flash with the 2.0 cable as far as whitch program unlocks it you'd have to ask Isaurio iirc the 00 are not locked its a matter of pulling the whole rom for some reason it only gets partially pulled

I dont see a problem on getting to the 00 computer. Tactrix and ecuflash should help. What is the error code on ecuflash? Sometimes the flash connector dont have contact with the plug. Giving error code when you pull out the rom.

Question. What model is it for. Eclipse or Galant PCM. 2000 dont have immb for the galant *I THINK*. Is the same processor chip as the 99.

EDIT---The 1.3U cable have problems pulling the rom with new version of ECUFLASH. try downloading a old version of the ecuflash.

This is almost 4 years ago when I was trying to understand ecuflash.



The 2000 has an Immobilizer cuz both of my Gs have chipped keys.

LOL. bro you are good. You dont have a XML for your rom. Is not a issue with the cable or locked PCM. it just ecuflash can't located the right memory address to put it together so we could understand. You need a xml made for your rom so ecuflash could open the maps.

This is an old rom and isn't the stock rom. Is it hard to get tgw Immobilizer deleted?? Cuz I wanna do it for both cars. Pointers would be great unless its too much to teach over the web.

You need to change the hex code. You need a xml with the imm location. Some periphery Define Sometimes it works like that sometimes it dont.

READ this. MATT "SPD_FRK" tells you the easy way of doing it. Like i said sometimes it works.

also when you change something keep your STOCK non modified rom in a safe place. Just in case you fuck something up. You could reflash the stock one.
