New head unit

I am getting a new head unit and i know i need a new braket for the dash but my question is how do i install it bescause i want to bypass the amp and from what i know there are no plug i can use. Also is there anything else in the car that is powered by the head unit like interior lights or something.

I would also like to add that i plan on running all new speaker wire because the amp bypass digram confuses me

Then all you need is your kit, radio and a good 50ft of speaker wire. That is the true way to bypass it completely. The radio won't control anything else but its amp and speakers.

Forget about the diagram and run your own wire to each speaker, connect you +,- at the radio and then at the speakers. Done.

you dont need a bracket if its an 8g
