The 6G74 tb is 65mm or 68mm depending on the source. I have one in my trunk that I can check sometime today. I just need to find my digital caliper.

Edit: It looks like 68mm is the point of entry into the tb, but it tapers down to 65mm at the throttle plate.

Just my 2 cents. When I installed the 74 mani n had the 72tb together my car ran like shit. Not knowing that Dion used the 74 tb gasket almost a year later running with no egr I checked n changed to a 72tb gasket. Same issue car bogs n blah. Only able to fix the problem with getting the IAC pigtail n rewire it to install the 74tb CEL gone n car running fine. Don't know if this is off topic but I hope it helps.

YIP! If I can find it I'll throw in the IAC pigtail. IDK if you would need it but you never know/

If your going to swap to the 72TB, you don't need the IAC pigtail. Just make sure you use the V6 IAC & not the I4 one.

So what I'm understanding from this is the only thing you need to do the 6g74 tb swap to a 4g64 engine is the outlander intake manifold and the 74 tb gasket? If so, I have a 6g72 tb and was gonna get the 74 but I heard the mod was different and you had to bore out things with a dremel which I didn't want to do...is that true because if it isn't I'm gonna be pissed
