    Hello from CT...

Hi all. My name is Tony, moving from the DSMs. I am getting ready to buy a 2000 Galant 4cyl with a blown head gasket.

I have seen a few builds here and they are amazing. Yet i do not plan to go that far. My plans are just to turbo it and make it looks good. not looking to make more than 300whp. So this will be a very simple build.

first off, since i have to do the HG, what ARP head studs do i use. i have seen 2 different part numbers on the same motor being used. just want to get it straight. Still using the stock single cam head.

    My plans:
    Evo 8/9 Turbo
    Evo Exh Manifold
    Evo o2 Housing
    Heat Shields
Evo FMIC or 2g DSM Side Mount
    Evo Down Pipe or Custom
    1g DSM BOV
    Walboro 255HP Fuel Pump
    -6an Fuel Line
    -6an Fuel Filter
    Aeromotive FPR
    Evo 560cc Injector
    Evo MAF
    ECU Flash

    Like i said, simple.

yup. i remember. the turbo was rebuilt and shoved into a 88 suzuki samurai. boosted 6psi. was an awesome build. rear diff locked up doing about 65 on the hghtway. total loss..:(

as for the galant. i have a family and an evo cost way too much. and the frame on the pathfinder is rotting away fast. so a galant is in a way the to go for us.
