Car won't go past 2k on WOT

So I've had this issue for the past month its starting to become more frequent, before I did anything the car wouldn't rev past 2k on WOT ,it would loose momentum and fall back to 1k or stall if i gradually press the gas it'll go past 2k

so I changed the injectors with remans... one of the reman injectors failed so before figuring that out i ended up changed the cat since I had a warm up threshold code

car ran perfect for one day after that

now im back to square one car will stall if I WOT



so i've changed injectors,cat,plugs, No Check Engine Lights

sounds like the G is in limp mode

It wouldnt suprise me if it was cause of the transmission..it slips, slow to shift down etc.. with the miles it has

its seems to not stall any more..

right now im thinking its the throttle position sensor is failing ..

5 speed swap time! Hopefully I'm getting a manual trans on thursday and then I'll have all the parts for my swap.

When it does this hold the throttle open all the way, have a friend tap/knock on the MAF, mine does this and when I tap it it revs up. MAF could be dirty or going bad.

^i'll have to try this next time it happens...but i did clean the maf i forgot to mention

Only other thing I might suggest is a bad trans sensor

^ It would set a code if one of the sensors on the tranny was bad

I think this might be my issue....I was good for a few weeks and the issue returned...i rev it up with the maf connected won't go past 2 3k i disconnected the maf i can rev all day lol

Clean your MAF and your TB. Disconnect the batt for 10min so pcm reset fuel trims. Try again
