Phone Charger Fuse Blown?

Both chargers went out at once which leads me to believe the fuse is blown.

1. Let me know if you think otherwise.
2. Where is this fuse?

Rather than wait for us to post check la fuse, ok open driver door and on the inside of car near door hinges is a lil panel that has a grip its looks like a large panel that caps up the whole instruemnt panel. If you open that fuses are right there and on inside panel is the fuse diagram so you knwo what's what. The other is under the hood black box on right of engine. Diagram is on inside of cover as well ill posta pick in 15 if needed.
