    Icon7 sSHADOWw's 8G Build *Mitzy*

Hello everyone, not too long introduced myself. I have a 2003 Galant LS. Love this car! The "cancer" started about a year after I bought it.

It was going to get a paint job at the beggining of this month but a delivery truck hit well actually the lug nuts digged into the driver's side rear panel so had to wait for that to get solved before doing anything to the car. Finally got the money so hopefully it will get the damage to the panel fixed and then painted in the next two weeks. By the way I will be keeping it black. After reading extensively here looking into getting coilovers. I want a strut bar, need some rotors blah blah blah...feel like a kid with a xmas list.
So many other things I wanna get but got to take it easy before I drain my bank account...

Will try to keep updating but kind of difficult due to working long hours but it will be worth it, eventually would like to go JDM.
Suggestions and opinions are appreciated....now off to reading some more here at the forum :)

    ***Update 7/26/12***

Got her back about two weeks ago :) Looks like a brand new car compared to before...now on to the rest of the car. For now I will hold off on upgrading wheels as I save up for suspension. But since im tired of the steelies i have on now im thinking of getting these rims from a 2006 Galant, they look much nicer than the plastic ones I have

Looking good, new paint looks good, I like that you kept the pin stripe down the side off, looks cleaner. I like those wheels, nice progress.

Nice job on the paint. Those polished 9G wheels should look good, give it an OEM+ look. They look like 16"s, run 205/55 R16 tires if you get them, or if you want a wider footprint, 225/50 R16.

Very nice, love a fresh black paint job! Wheels look good, and did you drop it already? Wheel gap looks too even for an 8G....

Yup love it but man its a pain to keep it clean. Not dropped but guessing suspension needs replacement.

Ended up getting these for $140 tires are pretty worn but il just switch the ones i currently have on. They are not perfect but i thought it was a good price. Im not sure if refinish them since they are flaking or paint them black. About to look in the forum to see if anyone has any info on refinishing alloy rims
