Took the G to the strip a few days ago. my best time was a 15.84 at 88mph. I'm sure I can run a little quicker if the track was a little warmer, cause My ETs were getting slower as the track cooled down. shooting for 15.7s next time!!

My cousins Mustang that we worked hard all summer to get ready. the Ran a 11.04 at... 107mph all motor. he ran out of gear about the 1/8 and he had the the rev limiter only set at 6300rpm when the motor is built for 8000rpm. So with a 4.56 gear and a 7800 rev limiter, we should she 10.20s easy.

I'd rather have the knowledge and ability to do it than the money to buy it already done.

Little update, Haven't done anything over the winter, because of the money situation. But I recently got hired on to a company where I will be making much more than I was. So updates very soon.

congrats on the new job and more moola. If you add some coilovers and polyurethane motor mount inserts it will help you down the drag strip plus make the car look better.

Its been a while, but I recently got a hold of a LOW mileage 6G75. I couldn't be more happy right now. Time to let the fun begin.

Time to start my 6G75 build...... finally.... lol

Removed the heads and found this in the walls. You can tell the motor does not have many miles on it.

There was some surface rust, so I sanded down the block and painted it in a high temp ceramic paint.

(Note there is some oil because I painted the side before I took of the heads)

I actually love that Mitsu stamped the engine code on the pistons.

With that said.. The road to Factory MOD 2014 begins.
