Looks good so far! Wish I had sanded my block when I had it all apart. I was in such a hurry to make mod though lol.

Endeavor motor I see. Do you plan on using a different set of cams? Those endeavor cams are a 240/248 duration. A worthy choice for stock cams would be some 248/256 cams out of a Galant 3.8 or Eclipse GTS.

I'll probably go with the Galant 3.8 cams. I would love to get a set of some PRW cams, they are way to much out of my price range right now.

I've finally have some time to actually work on my XG350 intake manifold project.
I've been practicing my porting lately, so i decided to try my hand with the runners on the manifold. Don't mind the carbon build up deep inside the runners. Still need a longer sanding bit so I can clean them up.

The XG350 manifold has valves inside it that open up when you reach a certain RPM. I decided to delete those because I felt they were not needed for my application.

    All cleaned up

Going to have to make an actuator delete plate.

I just need to finish cleaning up the last section so I can polish everything and make it look nice.

My new valve cover that I'm going to have powder coated white and pearl red letters
