Chrome outlines (think 300M gauges and Park Avenue fenders)

Anyone know where I might be able to buy some chrome trim, but not the kind of trim you put in wheel wells or doors...

I'm talking malleable chrome trim that isn't too thick that I can use to create circles around my gauges (like the Chrylser 300M and several other cars these days), or to create those fender bubbles like on the new Buick Park Avenue.

I've checked Pep Boys/Autozone but they only have the chrome door/wheel well trim and I dunno how I'd really make that shit work.

Some australian company sells them for the FTO and other cars. I'm sure you can get some that work with the galant.

So the general consensus is that I should keep looking online? Nothing in stores?

how about some chrome tape? you can make the outline with that. or if u want some depth, make something the right shape, and then cover it with the chrome tape?

Webhosting for less than $3 a month? put "pinoyesv6" as a promo code.

Couple new ideas... bathroom fittings and/or light fittings. I'll peep around today or tomorrow.

Also, just making the shapes out of (enter random material here) and then just having them dipped in chrome.

I'll post again and let everyone know how I make out.
