    air duct [resonator?] Removal

    i think this is a resonator or a damper of some sort if i remove this and patch up the hole i should be getting better air flow right? the bottom thing that is bracketted on

    just buy a cai and call it a day! also thats the ram air tube the resonator is hooked to ur exhaust smh lmfao!!

    They are called intake resonators. There is one there and one on the elbow right before the throttle body.

    hmm I don't have one of those, I just took my intake off and removed that lower box that connects to the air box but I didn't have a box like that connected to my snorkel. Im gonna double check now, if I have one im gonna remove it.

    That whole horn is removed from my airbox (bought the car that way) and the intake resonator by the throttle body fell off, so I taped it up and now it sounds like a quiet CAI lol. No problems thus far.

    actually it was just hooked to the horn and if i buy a cai i would need to get rid of my bottom right fog light so why not just get a sri and have the horn /snorkel thing feed air to it
