    Temp gauge stopped working

As soon as I start my car it goes straight to the middle and never moves. Is it a bad Temp sending unit or the gauge itself? Also the radiator fan does come on.

could be a bad sensor, try replacing that first, it isnt too expensive and report back, also check to see if u have a thermostat in the car

Go to an auto parts place where they do free OBDII scans and see if they can read your cars temp with it. On my scanner I can it shows me the live temp. Mine reads at normal temp usually between 190 and 200.

Ok I'll do that today. Igot my heat working at least. Took my dash apart a wiggled a cable on the driverside going to the hot/cold contol, some how it fell out of the clip housing.

And I never fixed it. ODB gives correct temp reading.
