Not sure how I see this working. I have a feeling you are going to get a lot of shit for this.
I am planning on building a Electric Supercharger and Im Looking for a few tips from anyone who has done this before.
At the moment my plans are to use a Vacuum Cleaner Motor or the water pump from a Old Washer. Haven't got around to planning how Im goin to make it work yet

a vacuum cleaner motor? Unless your using a fan and motor from some massively powerful central vac set system, those aren't remotely large enough to provide enough flow to at least idle an engine, anoth major speed bump is that you also must make sure the fan blades (well, almost all are impeller designs anyway) are absolutely clean of dirt because it's out of the vacuum cleaner
and yes I do know this, part of the services my work provides (we in general fix home appliciances and we sell cleaning supplies) is fixing vacuum cleaners

Yeah I planned to Clean it.

I figured a vacum motor would do more then that yes i know its the fuel saver but there are "superchargers" that look just like it.

and yes i do know how a supercharger works, but i really dont think any electric fan you put on it is going to be able to pump enough cfm at enough psi to do anything, it will just restrict airflow.
lets say your cfm of your intake is 500, my 2.5hp air compressor makes about 10 cfm i think?
that should put it into perspective..
edit: well i guess the 10cfm is at 90 psi which would be way too much to boost but even still..

You're an idiot. A REAL supercharger draws a significant percentage off the V6 power to do what it does, let alone the I4. At PEAK efficiency an electrical unit might see 10% efficiency (and that's on a single energy transfer! you'll have many more) which means you're drawing over 10 times more power from the engine to drive an electric supercharger via alternator that a drive belt. You couldn't even power one with the 4 cylinder at all, you could drive it with the V6 but not actually gain any power form it.
Seriously, a vacuum motor that plugs into a 110V outlet? You've got to be kidding me. You engine sucks in about as much air IDLING as that vacuum does with the filter bag full on removed. On top of that, vacuum motors don't COMPRESS air.

Maybe u are joking, but if not. Just take quick time to think about the power in kw, btu or HP that a normal supercharger adds. Convert that power into watts and you will see you will need over 10 batteries worth of power to supply the needed wattage. Therefore if car manufacturers AND formula race cars don't have them there is a reason, its not worth it. NOW you could have better time trying to make a regenerative breaking system to make the car electric I.e hybrid but the problem is that this requires more money time and research than 10 galants are worth. So you best bet Is to turbo, super, or go buy a hybrid, and or buy a lancer. Regen brakes can be done but the wiring and algorithms are complicated to turn the engine on and off and engage the electric power seamlessly while having stock driving conditions be the same.
Not sure if this guy's is serious....
Honestly though, do some serious research before you even attempt your crazy idea.

Seriously, do some serious research, start with the video in Gotti's post. The answer is no. No no no no no no no no. You wanna be Ricky Bobby in here, you gotta do it the right way. It'd be cost prohibitive to properly implement an electric turbocharger on our cars, for the time, money, research and development costs spent you'd have been better off doing a turbo. If you wanna do it so you'll be the first and be different, go ahead, but be prepared to hear that "told you so" when you fail. Good luck either way though.
