    Just Got my Galant fortunate for me it came in the colors I wanted in the style i wanted with a little extra design in the silver


    Fortunate and Unfortunate at the same time I have to do head work but I get to customize a few of the engine parts that im taking off like my valve cover


    My Next move will be prepping the trunk to be airbrushed.
    Then My Hood and after that I will be moving on to the interior not sure what I want to do Because the grey is dirty and i don't want to keep it that color and if i use BLUE it would have to be Done Just rite but ill keep updating as I move on.

    This is my interior as of now...Notice the big hole in the carpet

    In the pic there are clear coat runs but i fixed that issue with some sanding and buffing just havent taken new pics

    I need to Git rid of that gap ive been told bout the unwanted side effects the bouncing n the steering yanks when hitting bumps. im a pretty good driver so those risks are reduced

    What shocks/struts are you using? Don't use them on the stock ones. They're not designed for lowering of any type and will blow, leaving your car unsafe to drive.

    Springs need a dampener (shocks/struts); when they blow from being mated to those springs (and they will blow if they're stock shocks or stock replacements) all your car will be riding on is the spring, and every time you hit a bump it will overextend and carry that energy to the car, making it rise and fall numerous times (the bouncing you see on cars with blown struts). That bouncing means your car is in danger of losing traction because the energy moving up pulls weight off the wheels, and then brings it back when it comes down. It's gonna wreak havoc on your tires (cupping) and other suspension parts too. I'd stay away from those sleeves unless you use shocks designed for them. And that's not factoring in the springs themselves being of lesser quality or still being too aggressive once set to your desired height for the few lowering shock choices we have for our car. They're just not the best choice for what you're trying to do, champ.

    You're way better off using those springs to revive an old mattress than lower the car.

    There is no cost effective way of properly lowering a car. The most popular way for this platform is the Tein S-Tech/GR-2 combo which still runs in the 400's for parts.

    Using factory struts for now this is a cheap fix until I get money full suspension. I bought them Cuz they are lowering springs n they come in blue was a plus they were actually blue n blac in the pic but they gave me a discount
