power steering belt making noise

My car is making a sound when turned on. It sometimes squeeks or just makes a soubd. I also noticed that when turning the steering Wheel it would be hard as like the belt is not moving or slipping. I believe its the tensioner the power steering belt was replaced last month. I cant find this tensioner or how to adjust. Any ideas where I can information on this matter? Thanks in advance.

After replacing a belt u need to tighten it some more after a while since the belt is stretching. If u have the 4 cyl engine u can adjust it right below the servo. U have too loosen the lug on the tention wheel itself before u start to adjust the tention bolt that's pointing towards u :-)
