Need help with starting 2000 4 cyl.

I removed the gas tank about 8 months ago to modify the rear suspension . I also removed the battery at this time. The gas tank sat empty all this time . I have installed everything back into the car now and have tried to start the car. It turns over fine but will not start. I know this is not much to go on but was hoping someone can give me some idea on getting it started. Thanks in advance.

Probably have the fuel pump wires disconnected
