04-05 are the 2 years your looking for, as far as vin goes 8th digit must be S.

Who did that? I watched a 6g75m with bolt ons put down 225whp just 5 minutes before my dyno pulls.

330 whp? Maybe if higher performance cams (if you can call those bolt ons) and ported intake manifolds were included in the list of bolt ons (which are pretty much outlaw intake spacers, throttle body bypass, cold air intake, cat back exhaust, headers and tune), the 300 whp mark is frequently hit by the manual 4g Eclipse GT boys with at least everything that I had in the parentheses

correction on website - www.car-part.com is what to use

You can choose to run Non-MIVEC, or MIVEC motors, both can be run off the stock PCM/ECU.

    It's all in the tune..
It's been done at least twice on Mirages, one of them is tuned by Dynocenter (in my opinion the best and most respected Mitsu Tuner in PR), it has a intake, q45 90mm TB(not exactly bolt on I know sorry), header, down pipe and carback:

Stock Automatic 6g75 eclipses are hitting 255whp:

Std. 06 eclipse with short ram:

I was at the dyno for the 2 eclipses and saw the Mirage at the track

With the MIVEC 6g75 engine you can hit 300whp without much done I would love to drop one of those on the G

Even the 6g74 is an awesome engine, stock block/head maybe ported there's one on a mirage with 250whp

The MIVEC and Non-MIVEC motor swaps are the same for everything with the exception of controlling the MIVEC, but within the past year this has been figured out how to control on the stock PCM/ECU and currently the only vehicle/member I know of doing this is "mando" from Club3g and his 4g69 swapped Eclipse that we built
