    Hello from Maine

Hello all, been a lurker for some time, just seeing what's what on galantcenter as well as club4g. I'm a new owner of an '11 Galant 2.4. I went through the basic intake/header/exhaust upgrades with a cougar a few years back and am looking to do the same thing with my Galant, as well as getting some fogs in. As I live in Maine and we get plenty of snow, I've been advised against lowering from a few of my friends. I've taken their advice for fear of turning my car into a snow plow :p

Anyway, just wanted to take this time to say hi and I look forward to learning and having fun on the forum in the future!

    Welcome to TGC!

My car is lowered and I've made it through 5 Minnesota winters with no problems. Did those people that told you not to lower yours drop their own cars?

If you post stupid and incorrect information, you will get red nuggets.

Yeah, one has a lowered mustang and the other a lowered jetta. Although if you're fine in MN I don't see a reason not to do it here. From pictures I've seen on this forum it's a great look for the car.

I'm in Old Orchard now but lived in cumberland before that

Thanks for the warm welcome folks!
