    8g seat replacements

    Will 9g seat fit in a 8g? Or are there any other cars that have seats that will fit in a 8g?

    Iirc, there aren't any back seats that are direct fit. I know the Eclipse back seats don't fit.

    ive got 2001 sebring coupe seats in my car. its a 60/40 split fold down upper part and the bottom part is a little narrower than the galant seat but it doesnt look horrible. the bottom pops into those little clips the galant seat pops into. you have to either weld or bolt on the brackets to the upper part in order for them to fold down and not be all jacked up. be careful though because the plastic fuel tank is right below that. there is no way to keep the rears to stay up so if you slam on the brakes hard enough they will fold forward. im sure you can make a bracket if youre good at fabricating stuff but imho it wasnt worth it, i would have just dealt with them falling forward if i stomped on the brakes.

    i put a set of 3g eclipse seats in my 8g while back and they were way to high up considering the eclipse sits lower in the floor u can see why but i swapped out my 8g seat brackets on to the 3g seats and that made them perfect. i think i have a pic of how they looked in it when i was test fitting them i have racing seats now so there not in there now

    Yes. If it has the side airbags and yours doesn't or vice-versa, you might not be able to get them to work, otherwise it should be fine.
