    Ran Stalled then wont start

    I recently installed a head put on the timing belts and water pump/alt belt and power steering/a.c belt tightened and all that stuff. after finding a half way decent battery and jumping the car started saw smoke then turned it off. startd again realizing it was just oil burning out of the cylinder (from when i had the head off for a while and oiled it for rust prevention) it ran for 10-20 minutes then i turned it off came bac ten min later and test drove about a 1/4 mile in to the drive the car cut off. started it again and went about 1/8th mile and the car cut again started once again and turnd around and in mid turn the car cut off and wouldnt start. the battery died. so i got a tow bac home. today i checd the spark plugs they were extremely used so i replaced them. and tried to jump start the car it turned and turnd and turnd but no start so i pulled the fuel line from the fuel rail put a cup under it and turnd the ignition and there was gas in the cup.... Any idea why the car wont start?

    do you have a code reader or acces to one to see if theres any codes? Could be just about anything. What you did with the fuel line only lets you know the pump is working. Could be the injectors not firing due to a power problem. Loss of cam, crank signal. Busted or skipped t-belt. Coils not firing.

    No I dont have one mite can get one though. timin belt is fresh maybe skipped but ill chec all that soon an give a update... does injector power issue out of nowhere stop workin or does it progressively get worse?

    timing was off fixed that issue but couldnt start the car cuz the battery is dead

    It really depends on the circumstances. It can happen either way. If the power feed for the injectors grounds out and pops the fuse then it'll be instant. If the injectors clog up due to low grade fuel or the wiring corrodes then the problem will get progressively worse, until eventually the car won't run.

    i doubt i have that problem. re did timing and it wanted to start but the battery was dead and the charger im using takes forever to fully charge it

    It was the timing got a new battery and it started rite up PROBLEM FIXED
