shaved door handles?

i admit, i'm clueless about the shaved door handles . they look pretty cool, it gives a clean look thats about all i know.
what would happen if for some reason the doors wont open? is there like a manual way of openning the doors? i know someone's going to make fun of me cus of my lack of knowledge but what the hell.

Talk with Cali. He is the only one that I know that has shaved door handles. If I remeber right he said that there is a way where you install a button in emergencies like that.
