    ok got the motor and tranny out of the eclipse it was a tough job by myself but and engine leveler helped me out alot. the engine looks like it might be warped dang the old owner got that thing hot so its no good the trans looks good me being a noob at manual trannys i did nto no they used gear oil and not transmission fluid lol i got a bit of a stupid question though were to put new oil in it at i didnt see any spot to check it or put more in it at hopefully getting ready today to start putting it all in my galant so pic time soon

    good luck with your work does your Galant have rear disc? if not And the Eclipse d yo may want to keep the swapping spirit

    mine doesnt have rear disks ill have to check that out how hard is that ot swap out ?

    straight up there's a tutorial in the knowledge base ...im 7g so there may be small differences in procedure but the swap is simple enough the ebrake cable is where you gotta meddle but if its as easy as the 2g -7g swap its no big deal

    well the eclipse dnt have rear disks damnit lol finally got the shifter cable out my my g on a stand still till i get the clutch in so im stuck till then

    im working on getting it done soon hope to order the clutch sometime today anybody know of a good cheaper clutch i cant afford an act right now its not boosted or anything at the moment i was gonna order one off ebay called an xtd but idk anybody got sum suggestions. and dang didnt know anybody else around the south messed with these cars lol were u at

    yea i traded a guy a 1995 silverado grill for that hood he sold his g and didnt need it no more came with a front bumper and back bumper bommer body kit but i didnt like the way it looked and it was way 2 low my car with the stock bumper sits maybe 4 inches off the ground with that thing it was 1 inch so i just used the hood and got rid of the bumpers. i like tahat its fiberglass and not carbon fiber that way i aint gotta mess up the carbon fiber look by painting it i can paint the fiberglass and be done with it

    i got plenty of scrap yards near me 1 got one right in dillon,sc bout 15 miles away and like 4 used parts places around me within 30miles

    lol yea im parting the whole car now so if anybody needs any 2000 eclipse parts hit me up i got bout the whole car minus the motor and trans and the bumpers and the dash is busted cause of the air bag depolyed
