    supercharger for 8g

how much would it cost to get a supercharger for an 01, and what would the best one be with price? also what major mods would be needed with the s/c to get max hp, and the smoothest ride?

No mods needed with this kit.

Will run you around 4800.00 installed.

They make a kit for the 4 and 6 Cyl.

actually the mods that you will need are headers. the SDS kit cant be run without them. I found this out the hard way. the stock exhaust manifold only flows 800CFM while the blower puts out 1800CFM. So as you see the engine cant get rid of the heat as fast as it is producing it. result, either melted plugs (which is what happened to me) or burnt piston.

headers will run you anywhere from $between #350-$500

My bad, yes you will need the headers. You can get them from Ripp or contact VisionImports for the RPW's.
