Anyone? or could anyone suggest a place or a website that i can get one for a good deal?
Hey, does anyone have any lowering springs just lying in their garage to sell? I want to lower my car, but only about 1"-1.5", just to get rid of some of that hideous wheel gap in the front. I'm specifically looking for an Eibach pro kit, but other lowering springs within the range of 1"-1.5" would work depending on the price. By the way my car is an 02 Galant ES. THanks in advance!

i have rear tein springs for sale if youde like...
Man, That's a SEXY Galant! but, i'm really looking to lose some wheel gap in the front so i'll pass. Thanks for replying though!
Although not advised to overdo, and at your own risk, do like I did and cut out a coil and a half in the front.
My car rode fine until the stock struts went about 50k later. I now have tein s-techs and stagg struts.

@DTP How was the ride when you cut the springs? and how much did you lower it? My car is daily driven by the way
Wow thanks for the pictures! that's exactly the drop that i'm looking for so I might just go this route until i've saved up enough money for a better suspension. Would you still happen to have your cut springs? just wondering.
Not a problem.
My springs were scrapped awhile ago, sorry. If you do it, do it in increments. Everything is relatively easy to take out. Spring compressor is a must. Be careful and don't go too far.

That's fine. And yup, the most I plan to cut is 1 1/2 coils just like yours. Thanks so much for the help!
Read this before you decide to cut your springs.
