Hello From New Zealand

Hello all now that i can speak thanks to voodoo i will introduce myself before i sart asking all the stupid questions.


The names Dan or RacerWC or Fwb2700 depending on where u know me from.
I'm from the far away land known as New Zealand and am hoping to get some help while i am around.


I currently own a 7G white galant 1997 2.0ltr SOHC 5speed manual unfortunatly its front wheel drive.





Thats how she currently is i will start a project thread shortly

Welcome to the 7g club!
Car looks good especially the color matched splash guards. Mine are black and they look weird against the white on my car, to me anyway.

Looks good condition huh? Yeah from a distance unfortunatly she has quite a few small dent and dings and a fair amount of stone chips in the paint but I do plan on learning the ways of the bog and getting her repainted.

The splash guards why not take yours off and paint them with a spray paint touch up paint. There's a few out there very close I never managed to find the exact one but soo close and its only splash guards so wouldn't get noticed

I plan on spraying mine white when a part I ordered comes in in about a week or so ;] you'll see

And yeah my car has a few small dingss and the paint is crap when you get within 5-10 feet of it. BUT compared to any other 7g's I happen to see around here mine looks amazing lol so i guess i was referring to how i BARELY see 7g's anymore and when i do they are trashed ;]

I like the white think it works well on galants

My favorite color on a car is white and I think it looks good on most cars, But you're right theres just something about northstar white on a galant. That being said I do like the other colors the 7g came in like the monarch green and the gray.
