    Sounds like your car is stuck in "limp mode" CEL light is probably on saying "Transmission circuit malfunction". Is that correct?

    I'd swap the transmission relay for one from a JY or check your transmission relay fuses (both under the hood and in the car).

    That transmission my be bad.

    The car should have a check engine light, have you pulled any codes from it?
