Yean mine looks the same. I have a matching color headliner piece to replace it but dont have the time yet.
God created turbo lag to give the v8's a brief moment of hope.

Headliner is out and broken on all sides :(

Found the source for my clunking! My rubbers on top and bottom are gone.

Ordered some rubber silencers and spring sleeves to help it out

    Silencers came in

Gonna take off the bumper and spoiler tomorrow for paint prep. Hopefully this paint match is good. Headlights are going in as well

One worldspec hooked up, just need to wire in signal light/parking light. Need another harness for the driver side

Bumper and header panel have been primed, should be ready for paint.

Hard part for me is putting everything back together lol.

Found a 5spd 7g in the j-yard today. I'm kind of tempted to get it.

I would get the parts for the swap but not the actual tranny. Try to get a 2g GST tranny.
... unless the one at the yard is reasonably priced that is.

I have had both the stock 7G 5 speed tranny and now I have the 2G GST tranny. You don't need the longer gears unless you are turbo or can deal with the slightly longer gears. They are basically the same just the gears in the 2g tranny are stronger. Stock 7G tranny took all my abuse being turbo so don't worry lol.

I think I'm just gonna grab the small stuff and what I need. I'll probably go the 2g tranny instead of the one in the j yard

Paint is done and now I need to wait before clear coat. (I didn't put a flex agent but it's too late now)

I would love longer gears honestly haha. Its annoying to me how much I get "stuck" in between gears with all the weird speed limits in my area, but thats just a personal thing.
But he is right the stock 7g tranny is tough.

Oh also paint looks good. How well does it match up with your car?

Tbh it's off but I haven't actually got it onto the car. They couldn't find my paint code and my engine Vin was scuffed off. From what it looks like right now. It's like greenish/blueish metallic

Yeah my parts car was that color, probably could have got the code for you :]
