    New Guy from Leksvik, Norway

Hi to everyone! I found and joined this site in hope of getting better insight of my own Galant. I'm 18, I live in Norway and I work as an electrician, I love cars and would love more knowlegde about repairing and enhancing them, I'm also interested in art, and tinkering. I currently possess a 1997 2.0 16v Galant, original engine and no mods nor enhancements to its power. I have no expierence what-so-ever with engines (except for the fact they run), so I'm here to first of all get to know how things work before I disassemble anything. It might seem that the previous owner have had some unlucky encounters with the car; the rear bumper is replaced and the rear fenders have had a paint job, as well as the front bumper and the hood.
However, I have made some changes to it since I got it, Tinted tail-lights, and tinted blinkers on the front and sides. I've put some lights inside the grill, and inside the car, and even under the doors, I have foiled the interor with Carbon fiber foil.
The car has dark days coming though; the chassis is rusted badly, and I decided that's not worth fixing. But it probably won't be my last Galant, I love the car!
Here are some pictures of how it looks on the outside.

Looking forward get somewhat known around here!
