How big is the opening of the throttle, inside diameter wise? Is it like the Evo 8/9 TB but with cruise control?

I found one, debating should I use it to replace my 3KGT TB. The Outlander TB have a 67mm ID bore than taper down to 60mm and it have a half shaft as the current one is 65mm and taper to 60mm with a full shaft. Its basically an Evo TB with cruise control.
