02 galant 5 speed speedometer problem

Hey guys I did my 5 speed swap years ago and now Im going back to see if the speedo problem can be worked out... Any luck? back when i did my swap A lot of issues were discussed about the 02 models with no real answers.. anybody have any luck with this??? I ve been trying to find the wiring diagrams with little luck.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx

Hey I remember you. Yep I'm an 03 and I just drove my galant today and it still works. I cannot remember what pin but I know its on c-17 and t tap into it and bam it works. gimme a sec

Pin 3 aka yellow/black goes to yellow black on that harness c17. On the harness there is a big red wire that provides ignition 12v its the only fat red wire on the harness - use that for 12 and connect to pin 1 on the speedo which is black blue. Pin 2 is grnd anywhere should be fine. Thats it works like the auto speedo.
