Bolt we squared head

Well my mechanic did the timing belt
And I asked him where the square head bolt came from just out of curiosity and he replied it came from the alt base I dont know if came from there or what but he put it back and now is coming off little by little.

It the bolt really from that base or he is mistaken.

it is coming off little by little?
Take it back to the mechanic. If you dont trust that mechanic take it to a different one.

Yes I guess vibration is doing this

Yes the square head is at the base of the alternator. When you're facing the bay the head should be on the left side, it locks against the alternator so it can't spin.

Thanks guys it was a missing nut and washer is fix but thanks anyway
