Question about European Side Mirrors for the 8G

Are side mirrors from Europe power folding? or just manual?

Then there's this that I'm thinking about buying, but it looks like it's missing the backing plate for the glass. Would the backing plate from a 99+ Mirage fit?







I'm thinking about pairing the side mirror above with this

I have some euro mirrors that I bought and they are manual, not power. Didn't come with a switch.
