brake light comes on when pushing gas pedal and shuts off.

Hey guys, My brake light inside the dash comes on when I accelerate and then shuts off while driving. It only happens from a complete stop. not sure what it could be. The brake fluid looks like its full. and the pads are not bad either. Kind of confused on what I should be looking at.

Its either or cause I had the same problem so I changed the fluid and the pads and it cut off
