thought of da kit im gettin

im thinkin of gettin dis kit cause i know how everyone else has all des erebunis and VIS and stuff like dat... i wanna get jap stuff like dis

but it does have these problems:
    1. Must be used with World Spec Headlights or gaps may occur
    2. For Legnum use only. Will not fit the Galant without modification
    3. Must be used with World Spec Headlights and Grille or gaps may occur
    4. For use on World Spec Headlights
    5. Requires significant modification to fit US Spec Bumper

anyone dat knows about dis kit... what kind of mods will be required? cause i dunno if its worth for around 500 bucks for dis bumper.... nto countin headlihgts and grille...

i think its the vogue kit from http://www.glue.umd.edu/~hillbj/TGC%20File...rials/bodykits/ but im not sure cause it might also be the silver legnum under the Liberal kit.... im pretty sure its the vogue..

IMO, you can either spend nearly 3-4 grand on this kit to be "different"
or you can spend 3-4 grand on custom designing your own kit.
Take it to someone who will make your own bumber for you that is custom fit to your car, and for 3-4 grand you could be totally original.
I forget who, but someone here, had someone custom make
the nissan skyline front bumber, for about that price if im not mistaken.
But if you do decide to get that kit, i think it will still look nice.

Here in sweden that model is called Avance,
I've spoken to the salesperson at Mitsubishi here and i could get the kit for about 13000 SEK, that's about $ 1500

That was NOS Galant. He was the test car and the manufactuer fell through. So he is the only one with that kit.

umm that is not a "kit"... '98+ JDM VR4 / VIENTO front end. it is not specific to legnum or galant (they have the SAME exact front end and side skirts) only the rear bumper has different measurments.

mochanges has done the front end conversion including headlights and fog / turn floods. he probably is the most knowledgable on this conversion.

and as said b4, parts are $3000 estimated.

    front bumper
    grill
    headlights
fog / turn floods and mounting brackets
optional JDM bumper bar or modified US spec

    install estimated at $1000
